Franchises.dev is an index and umbrella page, published by Lionific, for the directory family we build and run — including the Pizza Franchise Directory, the US Contractor Network, Tampa Vibe, and Truck Stops. This page links you to those directories. It carries no listings, forms, or accounts of its own. We are not a franchisor, a franchise broker for any single brand, or a lender.
Every directory in the family is its own publication, with its own listings, figures, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, linked in that directory's footer. When you follow a link from this page to one of those directories, that directory's terms and policy govern what happens there — including what its forms collect and where your information goes.
The figures on the family's franchise directories — fees, investment ranges, unit counts, and requirements — are published estimates taken from each brand's own materials (its franchise pages and Franchise Disclosure Document summaries), shown with their source and the date last verified. Figures change; brands update their disclosures at least annually.
These figures are not earnings claims. An investment estimate is what a brand says it may cost to open — it is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what anyone will earn. Nothing on any Lionific directory substitutes for a brand's current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Franchise offers are made only by an FDD. Read the current FDD, in full, with licensed legal and accounting professionals, before signing anything or paying anything.
Some listings and positions on the family's directories are paid advertising. Paid placements are always labeled Sponsored or Featured, kept separate from editorial content, and are not a ranking, a recommendation, or an endorsement. No brand can pay to change its published figures or comparison data.
We do not guarantee funding, financing approval, territory availability, a franchise award, or any business outcome. Ratings offered through the family's directories are educational estimates, not approvals, commitments, or offers of credit.
Use this site for your own research and honest business inquiries. Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to interfere with the site, and do not represent directory content as your own work. Directory content is provided for information; copying substantial portions for a competing commercial directory is not permitted.
This site links to the family's directories and to brands' own websites and other third-party pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, figures, or privacy practices.
